Brushy Creek Motor Farm is a private multi-use off-road park near Royse City, Texas (east of Dallas), at about 5685 FM 1565. Roughly 100 acres with around 8 miles of trails: hard-pack, loose dirt, wooded singletrack, open play areas, water crossings, and several deep mud holes. There’s also a public motocross track on site.

Open to motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and 4x4s. Terrain skews intermediate, with some easier lines for novices and enough mud and creek work to keep experienced drivers busy. Elevation is modest (roughly 475–525 ft). Night riding is allowed; camping is available in some areas (often donation-based).

Access notes: Private park — call ahead for hours and conditions. The place may close around bad weather. Typical day fees have been in the ~$20 per rider range (kids often less); confirm current rates before you go.
