I’ve been building this collection of 4×4 off-road trails and parks since 2010 (still adding back everything from the old list). Each place gets its own page — coordinates, difficulty, trail type, and whatever else I’ve been able to verify so far. Some entries are already deep: history, obstacles, season, GPS tracks, camping notes, and links to official sources. Others are still the backbone only — pin on the map, basic facts, and the best reference I could find — with more to add when I have it.

The map is how you see the whole set at once. Zoom in, click a trail or park, and open its page for the details. That’s the point of the project: one index you can trust, and individual pages worth reading before you load the truck.

Turning a pin into a useful page takes real work. Conditions change, roads wash out, seasons shift, and good information is scattered across Forest Service notes, trip reports, and local knowledge. I’m updating entries as I can — richer descriptions, better access notes, nearby lodging and parts when those details exist, and new trails as they earn a spot here.

This will stay a living project. If you know a trail that should be on the map, have a correction, current conditions, a GPS track, or practical info I’m missing, send a message below. The useful version of this collection gets built one solid page at a time.

Use the map, dig into the trails that already have depth, and help fill in the rest if you’re inclined.
